$250 per 50 minute session
Insurance
Dr. Ponticas' practice is a fee-for-service practice and thus she is an out-of-network provider. Reimbursement for a portion of the session fees you pay may be available to you by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- Is pre-authorization, pre-certification or treatment plan required from my insurance carrier?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Payment is collected at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
Dr. Ponticas requests at least 48 hours notice of appointment cancellation.
